OUTPATIENT DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

For outpatient diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, the OPD Department serves as your entry point to conveniently access our health service. From the OPD Department, you will be asked to proceed to the Post Charging in the Business Office. Afterwards you will be asked to get a Queuing number in the cashier and will wait for the number to be called for payment. After you transaction with the Cashier, you may go directly to the respective ancillary services where our staff will be already to assist you.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

You will need to bring the following:

  • Doctor’s order

  • Philhealth Requirements

Payments can be made via Cash only. To speak to an Admitting Officer, call 09991714042. Please take note that charges for procedures vary depending on the chosen room type.

You may choose from the following Room Types:

One companion may stay with you overnight. Kindly minimize the number of your visitors especially children for their own safety. Our visiting hours are from 7:00AM to 9:00PM.

Our Hospital, in order to ensure medication safety, does not allow you to bring in your own medicine. Medicines for your stay will be provided through our Pharmacy.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

Our Emergency Room is located along Kangleon St. Gatchalian Medical Center's dedicated team of highly trained Emergency Medical Staff is always ready to provide immediate assistance during emergency and disasters.

DISCHARGE PROCEDURE

While admitted, you may consult with the Billing Department for updates and concerns about your billing. You may reach Billing Officer at 09063951327 from 8:00am through 7:00pm.

DISCHARGE PROCEDURE

I. Your Attending Physician must write the order for discharge in the medical chart.

II. The Nurse will inform the Billing Section of your discharge order who in turn will prepare your final hospital bill.

III. The Nurse will inform you to proceed to the Philhealth Officer in the Business Office. Please bring the following documents:

  • Completed PhilHealth CF1 Form (given during Admission)

IV. Settle your account at the Cashier. You will be given:

  • A Discharge Slip to surrender to the Nursing Station and Security Guard

V. Our nurse aide will asist you to the front door.

If you require a motorcycle, please inform our Customer Service Officer.

PARKING

Parking is located behind Gatchalian Medical Center. Parking entrance is located in Bonifacio St.
